Walnut Hill Food Distribution
Justified Incarcerated Ministries will hold a Thanksgiving Food Giveaway on Friday, November 22 beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing while supplies last at the Walnut Hill Community Center, 7850 Highway 97, in Walnut Hill. The Feeding the Gulf Coast distribution is sponsored by Escambia County Commissioner Steven Barry.
Highland Christmas Craft Market
Highland Baptist Church will hold a Christmas Craft Market on Saturday, November 23, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. All proceeds benefit Operation Christmas Child and Highland Youth Missions. The church is located at 6240 Highway 95A in Molino.
Thanksgiving Meal and Food at Marcus Pointe
Rep. Michelle Salzman in partnership with Sheriff Chip Simmons, Farm Share and other community partners are sponsoring a Food Distribution and Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway on Saturday, November 23, starting at 7:30 AM and continuing while supplies last (minimum of 300 families) at Marcus Pointe Baptist Church, 6205 North W. Street in Pensacola.
Watson Firm’s Annual Community Thanksgiving Grocery Giveaway
The Watson Firm, together with local businesses and entrepreneurs, will be serving their neighbors at their Annual Community Thanksgiving Grocery Giveaway at Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds located at 6655 Mobile Highway. This year’s turkey dinner giveaway will accommodate the first 1,000 families. The feast will include a whole frozen turkey or ham, and a variety of sides. Gather early in front of the parking lot at the Fairgrounds.
Northview FFA Alumni Smoked Boston Butt Fundraiser
The Northview FFA Alumni smoked Boston butt pickup date will be Tuesday, November 26, at Highland Baptist Church in Molino from 2 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. or from the Northview High School Ag department from 3:30 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Christmas Concert at Pinewoods Church
Pinewoods Church will host Harvest Arts Chamber Ensemble Christmas concerts, Behold Your King, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 7 p.m. Enjoy an evening of beloved Christmas carols fused with classical and Celtic folk music. The concert is free and everyone is invited. The church is located at 2198 County Road 297A in Cantonment.
Alger-Sullivan Historical Society Christmas Vendor Blowout
The Alger-Sullivan Historical Society will hold a Christmas Vendor Blowout on Saturday, December 14, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at 610 4th Street in Century. Food, games for the kids, Christmas music and local vendors on hand for Christmas shopping. Vendor spaces are available for $20; contact Chris at (850) 377-6752.
Flomaton Christmas Parade
The Flomaton Christmas parade will be held Saturday, December 14, beginning at 10 a.m. in downtown Flomaton. To participate, pick up a participation packet at Barrow’s Furniture store.
