Kevin died peacefully at Sacred Heart Hospital on Friday August 13th after a four year battle with lung cancer. He was an electrician by trade and had worked for the University of West Florida for 10 years. He was a helper to anyone who needed him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vernon E. & Kathleen B. Allen and Talbot L. & Nellie Hancock.
Talbot leaves behind 3 children, Tori Kristin Allen Vandermerwe (Ruco), Thomas Kevin Allen (Ashley) and Travis Kaleb Allen (Haleigh); 11 grandchildren Jordan, Noah, Nehemiah, Joanna, Judith, Olivia, Francis, Charlotte, Isaac, Eben, & Elliot; Parents, Thomas V Allen and Carolyn Hancock Allen; sister, Kimberly Allen Burgoyne (Jeff); brothers, Keith Allen and Kyle Allen (Genia; and numerous beloved family, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Gladys P. Sullivan, 85 of Cantonment, FL. passed away August 12, 2021 in Alexander City, AL. She was born in Talladega, AL. on July 3, 1936 to the late Robert C. and Vergie Garner Phillips. She worked in the restaurant business most of her life and was a member of Farm Hill United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert C. and Vergie Garner Phillips; first husband Carel Max Smith, Sr., second husband Byron M. Sullivan, her son James Dale Smith, five brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her three sons Max (Carolyn) Smith of Tuscaloosa, AL; Robert (Ellen) Smith of Rockford, AL; John Smith of Rockford, AL. and one daughter Mary (Bobby) Land of Jay, FL. She is also survived by one brother Edward (Lorine) London of Sylacauga, AL; one sister Mary (Lewis) Reynolds of Rockford, AL; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 at noon at Farm Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Fuller and Rev. Mark Dees officiating. Interment will follow in Farm Hill United
Methodist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Jason Land, Joshua Smith, Chad Smith, Max Smith, Robert Smith, Johnny Smith, Hogan Chappell and Emmitt Chappell.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 from 11 AM until service time at 12 Noon at the Farm Hill United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Youth Department at Farm Hill United Methodist Church.

Heaven gained an angel, Bonnie Gail Perry, on Sunday, August 8, 2021.
Bonnie was born on October 20, 1960 in Pensacola, FL. She was a proud graduate of J.M. Tate High School in 1979. She is preceded in death by her Father, Gail Armand Cobb, Mother, Joann Gatewood Cobb Barkley, and Sister, Sharon (Jerry) Golbienko. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Wayne Bruce Perry Sr., Son, Wayne Bruce Perry Jr., Daughter, Lynsey Pearl (Travis) Thrash, Grandson, William McKinley Thrash, Step Mother, Maureen Cobb, Brother, Ty (Paula) Cobb, Step Sisters, Susan Payne, Julie (Phil) King, and Elaine (Nathan) Cobb, Step Brother, John (Jay) Mills, Sister in-law, Sheila Perry, Brother in-law, David (Belinda) Perry, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at Faith Chapel North in Cantonment, FL, on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Family and friends are welcome from 11 a.m. until noon with the service at noon.
Lillian Virginia Wilson Scott

Lillian Virginia Wilson Scott, age 78, of Cantonment, FL., went home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 8, 2021.
Lillian was a proud lifelong resident of the community having attended Molino School and graduating from Tate High School in 1960. She continued her education in accounting and worked many years for Coastal Machinery. After enjoying time with her husband by traveling all over the country, she came out of retirement working many more years as a property manager for a large apartment complex. Never one to sit still, Lillian was an active and charter member in the Molino Mid County Historical society and spent many days volunteering at the Molino Museum. She was a member of Grace Open Bible Church. As a lover of gospel music, she enjoyed hosting and attending singings all her life.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, John and Inez Hare Wilson. Her husband Walter Bryant Scott. Her sister Helen Wilson Myers, and brother Jimmy Wilson. Her stepson Ronnie Scott, son in law David McCaskill Jr. and many other dearly missed relatives.
She is survived by her children Donnie (Rita) Scott, Kristine Scott McCaskill, Brenda Scott Roblin. Stepchildren Linda (Steve) Scott Tabert, LaWanda (Bill) Scott Davis. Her brother John L (Shirley) Wilson and sister Ruth Wilson Morris. Her grandchildren Stephanie (Ahmed) McCaskill Elgamasy, Ashley (Jason) Roblin Shpiller, Austin Roblin, Steven McCaskill, Gail (Richard) Howard Henry, Nadine Howard Clarady, James Howard and Jamie Davis. As well as her great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and other beloved relatives.
Pallbearers will be Austin Roblin, Steven McCaskill, Ahmed Elgamasy, Jason Shpiller and Kevin Shpiller..
Visitation was held Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North. Funeral Services were held Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment followed in Cottage Hill Community Cemetery.

Mr. Gary Michael Wolfe, age 63 of Jay, FL passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 in a Pensacola, FL hospital.
He was born in Pensacola and was a life long resident of Jay. During his working years, he worked as an electrician for Sims Brothers Construction. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was of the Christian faith.
Mr. Wolfe was preceded in death by a son, Gary Michael Wolfe, Jr.; and his parents, Roderick Leon Wolfe and Linnie Ruth Partin Wolfe.
He is survived by four brothers, Jeffery (Cynthia) Wolfe of Jay, FL, Terry (Dianne) Wolfe off Jay, FL, Carl (Vicki) Wolfe of Jay, and Matthew (Elizabeth) Wolfe of Kansas City, MO; one sister, Cynthia (Dave) Maddux of Jay, FL; one daughter, Donna Wolfe of Jay, FL; a grandson, Lane Michael Barrow; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church with Rev. Bennie Ray Wolfe and Rev. Mark Barkfield officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M.

Mrs. Lillian Elbia Wood, age 71, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021 in Bay Minette, AL.
Mrs. Wood was born in Atmore, AL and had been a resident of Milton for the past 28 years, coming from Century, FL. She loved being a grandmother, great-grandmother, and spending time with her family and friends, and dirt racing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Audrey Gene Wood; her parents, Leon Franklin Sanders and Mercy Jane Anderson; daughter, Tammy Lynn Wood; sisters, Velma Hendrix, Luverne Sanders, and Barbara Ann Wood; and brothers, Lonnie Sanders, Buford Sanders, and Roy Sanders.
Mrs. Wood is survived by two sons, Lynn (Tonya) Wood of California, and Chris (Natasha) Wood of Flomaton; two daughters, Marie (Eddie) Peek of Flomaton, April (Kenny) Wood of Bay Minette; a niece, Betty Jo Kitchens; grandchildren, Bobby (Savana) Wood, Khrys (Erika) Wood, Dustyn Wood, Samantha (Skyler) Burgess, Jamie Peek, Jessica Peek, Angel (Blake) Ard, Robin Ard, Mason Lail, and Phenix Voorhees; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Flomaton Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Carnley officiating. Interment will follow in Cora Cemetery.

Mrs. Evie Lou Baggett, age 75, was called home August 7, 2021 at her home in Atmore, AL. She has resided most of her life in Atmore, AL. and was a member of the Martinville Baptist Church.
Mrs. Baggett loved shopping and traveling with her late husband Mr. Roy Baggett. They both loved traveling with the Poarch Creek Seniors. She loved traveling so much that she, loved to talk with her son Rex, to find out about all the different places he had been traveling to being an airline pilot.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Williams (Ellen Miller Williams), husband Roy Baggett, one brother, Louis Zangas, two sisters, Elizabeth Williams and Polly Hicks.
She is survived by her son, Rex Baggett (Stephanie) of Atmore, AL; one sister, Marie Lynn of Atmore, AL; two grandchildren, Lindsey Baggett and Clay Dall.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC with Rev. Earl Harrison officiating.
Burial will follow at Little Rock Cemetery.

Sarah Virginia (Cool) Schachle 97 of Molino, FL, died August 12, 2021, at home.
A native of Pennsylvania, she lived in Biglerville, PAc before moving to the Pensacola, FL, area in 1951 with her husband and children. She helped manage S & R Egg Ranch with her husband, while raising 11 children with love and care.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George William Schachle Jr.; daughter, Virginia K. Druding; son, Timothy L. Schachle; and grandson, Joseph Flowers. She was also preceded in death by her parents, John F. and Grace Cool; and numerous brothers and sisters.
Sarah is survived by her children, George W. (Cindy) Schachle of Montana, Paul F (Margaret) Schachle of Molino, Vincent P. (Becky) Schachle of Molino, John M. Schachle of Pensacola, Pastor Anthony L. (Jane) Schachle of Tennessee, Susie S. (Wes) Conner of Molino, Donna M. Sanders of Molino, Charles D. Schachle of Molino, and Joseph E. Schachle of Molino. Along with 22 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and her brothers, John Cool and Danny Cool of Pennsylvania.
Funeral services will be held at Faith Chapel Funeral Home, August 17,2021. Visitation will be 12-1PM
Funeral service will follow at 1PM with Pastor Tony Schachle Jr. and Pastor Jim officiating.
Interment will follow in Morgan Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Schachle, Charlie Schachle, Matthew Milstid, Benny Porter, Josh Allen, and Brian Darbyshire. Honorary bearers will be Aaron Gaff, Conner Schaefer and Wes Conner.

Mr. Gregory Elbert Gibson, age 41, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, in Atmore, AL. Greg was born in Louisiana. He lived in Atmore, AL, but has spent most of his life in the Walnut Hill, FL, area, and he was a member of the Holy Ground Holiness Church.
Greg was president and cheer coordinator of Northwest Escambia Youth Football League “NWE”. He enjoyed swimming, camping, fishing, and weightlifting He was an avid Alabama football fan.
Greg loved, NWE Football and Northview High School. He spent long hours and put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into the new field at Bradberry Park.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Donald W. Gibson and Mrs. Atricebea Presley Gibson, grandmother Faye Wilson, grandfather Elbert Gibson, and grandparents Rena and Hosea Presley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Sylvia “Jodi” Gibson of Atmore, AL; one son, Justin Elliott Gibson, of Atmore, AL; three daughters, Olivia Gibson, of Atmore, AL; Caitlyn Gibson, of Atmore, AL; Presley Gibson, of Atmore, AL; one brother, Donnie W. Gibson, of Waynesboro, GA; and one sister, Joy Gibson, of Mobile, AL.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 18, 2021, at 3 p.m. at Bradberry Park football field with Bro. Justin Morse, Sis. Kathy Stophel and Rev. Ted Bridges officiating.
Burial will follow at Poarch Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2021, from 6-9 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home in Atmore.

Eugene “Uncle Gene” Mack Barnett

Eugene “Uncle Gene” Mack Barnett, age 70, passed away on August 10, 2021 in Pensacola, FL.
He was born on April 3, 1951 in Bay Minette, AL to Charlie Barnett, Sr. and Hayes Barnett. He graduated from Baldwin County High School in 1969 and attended Faulkner State Jr. College. Gene owned Gateswood Sporting Goods, but spent a majority of his career at General Electrical Company.
Gene married his High School Sweetheart, the love of his life, Debra McNeill, on September 14, 1972. He loved life and spent so much time with family and friends. He was “Uncle Gene” to most everyone. Gene was an avid outdoorsmen, Master Gardener and storyteller, enthusiastic song leader, and great historian. He was also a member of Clear Springs United Methodist Church and a member of the Bee Tree Hunting Club.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Barnett, Sr. and Hayes Barnett; brother, Charlie Barnett, Jr.; and nephew, Melvin Barnett.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Barnett; brothers, Buddy (Vanessa) Barnett, George (Anita) Barnett, Joe (Glenda) Barnett, and Jimmy (Brenda) Barnett; sisters, Sue (Ed) Lane and Janie Quick; sister-in-law, Pat McNeill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 15, 2021 beginning at 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Clear Springs United Methodist Church with B.J. Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at Clear Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery.
