Barbara Faye Jenkins Aspinwall, 72, passed from this life to eternal life on June 12, 2024. She has joined her son, Christopher, parents Ernest and Georgia Mae, and brothers Emory, Billy Ray, and Morris in heaven. A native of Georgia, she lived most of her life in Jacksonville, Florida, and was a long-time resident of Pensacola. Mom met Dad while pursuing one of her passions, bowling, in 1980 and they were married for 42 years. She enjoyed traveling, playing slot machines, bunco, and monthly lunches with her friends. Mom was also passionate about college football. To quote her, GO GATORS!

She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Earl Aspinwall, daughter Lisa (Buddy) Yates; sister, Patricia (Thomas Clayton) Cox; sister-in-law, Von Jenkins; grandson Trey Yates, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
