Amanda Perry Jay, age 36, of Atmore, AL passed away on March 7, 2023. She was born on October 9, 1986 in Atmore, AL to

David and Lechia Boatwright Perry. She is preceded in death by her son, Patrick Jay.

She is survived by her husband, James Roger Jay of Atmore, AL; her parents, David Perry of Atmore, AL and Lechia Boatwright Perry of Bay Minette, AL; her children: Shawn Salter of Atmore, AL, Chris (Kristen) Jay of Atmore, AL, Timothy Jay of Atmore, AL,

Alayana Salter of Atmore, AL, Brylee Salter of Atmore, AL and Alexis McClain of Atmore, AL; her brother, Blake Perry of Atmore, AL; her sister, Tierani Donaldson of Bay Minette, AL; her uncle, Greg Boatwright of Canoe, AL; her aunt, Cindy Boatwright of Bay Minette, AL and her grandson, Joe Jay.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 13, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Thurl Pearson officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Atmore, AL.

Active pallbearers will be Blake Perry, Hunter Clark, Shawn Salter, Jake Donaldson, Dudley Flowers, Chris Jay and Jimmy Boyington.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 13, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until service time at 11:30 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
