Mary H. Lindquist, age 92, of Atmore, AL passed away on November 1, 2022, at her residence. She was born on October 30, 1930, in Chumuckla, FL to Osey and Dora Enfinger Hale. Mary enjoyed traveling and eating her vegetables. She was an avid shopper and a vivid storyteller. She loved her family with a passion.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Robert “Sweede” Lindquist; her brothers: Elmer Hale, Carl Hale and Duke Hale and her sister, Velda Stalvey.
She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends along with her lifelong friend, Hazel Spiers.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 4, 2022, at noon at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel in Atmore, AL, with Bro. Robert Harrison officiating. Interment will follow in Elizabeth Chapel Cemetery in Chumuckla, FL.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 4, 2022. from 11:00 a.m. until service time at noon at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Matthew Robinson, Derek Smith, Brent Culwell, Ronnie Johnson, Willie Williams and Kevin Dunlap.
