Louzine Cox Mosley: Christian, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, friend, artist, florist, seasoned traveler & camper, lover of reading and a self- educator.

Mrs. Louzine "MeMe" Cox Mosley, 90, of Bluff Springs, Florida, loving wife of 33 years to the late James Mosley, peacefully went to be with our Lord on Saturday morning, October 8, 2022, at her home with her two daughter-in-laws by her side.

She was born March 25, 1932 in Sylacauga, Alabama, moving to Bluff Springs as a child. She was known in the community for her love of flowers as she owned The Century Flower Shop for many years.

Her faith in the Lord was her strength. She loved going to church and serving the Lord. She also loved and found comfort from all the little fur babies she had throughout the years, with Mitzi being her last remaining one.

MeMe was an artist at heart and loved to paint and to teach her grand and great grandchildren the love of painting. Also passing on to them the love of reading. She was forever wanting to know more about her roots, of her Irish heritage.

Her love of Western sunsets and instilling the love of camping and traveling to her children and grandchildren was always in her heart.

Above all, she always made sure that you knew just how much she loved you! We will truly miss our MeMe. She will never know the many lives that were deeply touched by her Christian faith and her daily walk with our Lord.

Louzine is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Florence Ellison; two sisters, Jayne Wood and Doris Ellison and special niece, Jan Wood. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, James Mosley.

She is survived by her two sons: Billy (Brenda) Cox of McDavid, Florida and Tommy (Sandy) Cox of Thomasville, Alabama; sisters: Kathy Nugent and Joan (Freddie) Gates; grandchildren: Autumn (Shawn) Fleming; Summer (Ricky) Payne; Brandi Cox (Jerrod); Michael (Amber) Cox; great grandchildren: McKenna and Jackson Simmons; and Anna Cox; sweet Fur Baby: Mitzi and many nieces, nephews, family member and
