Man Arrested For Damaging Two ECSO Vehicles

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office has now arrested the man they say damaged two ECSO vehicles last week.
As we first reported, it happened at an apartment complex in the 8000 block of Pine Forest Road on June 15
Ceth Gates, 25, is charged with criminal mischief property damage and burglary. His bond was set at $70,000.

@whattttt assault is no more than a verbal threat with the means to carry out such threat , at the time the threat was made, placing the other person in fear. Over the phone or a text message would not be an assault. Battery is an un wanted touch or strike causing a minor injury and no permanent marks or disfigurement, both misdemeanor crimes, no go get a book and look up charges or google them to educate yourself.
Whaaa tttt. Monday morning quarterback – Bonds are a money game. Maybe the guy has a lengthy previous record and with the ready access to cash all these thugs have would be right out on the street again.
It’s not. Only because he damaged the county property.
soooo…… assault & battery gets 20k bond, but criminal mischief and property damage gets 70k???
