Murray O’Neal Phillips

Mr. Murray O’Neal Phillips, age 68, passed away, Sunday, May 15, 2022 in Mobile, AL. He was born in Atmore, AL. and lifelong resident of Perdido, AL. He was a welder for the Shipyard with many years of service.

Mr. Phillips valued his time he got to spend with his family. He loved to draw and ride motorcycles.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles David (Ruby Lee Bryars) Phillips, and eight other siblings.

He is survived by his one son, Christopher Phillips, of Bay Minette, AL; one brother, Lynn Phillips, of Flomaton, AL; one sister, Carmer Genn Lewis, of Perdido, AL; one sister-in-law, Thelma Phillips, of Bay Minette, AL; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Graveside service will be Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Bryars McGill Cemetery with Rev. Hubert Parker officiating.

Burial will follow at Bryars McGill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mark Phillips, Forest Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Hubert Parker, and Jeff Thayer.

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC. in charge of all arrangements Atmore, Alabama.
