ECAT Honors Bus Driver For 47 Years Of Service

Tuesday, Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) honored bus driver Willie Carter for 47 years of service.

In celebration of Carter’s service and Black History Month, ECAT dedicated a bus wrap during a surprise ceremony.

    I drove for ECAT in the early 90s and had the pleasure of working with Mr Carter. He is the real deal, a fine Christian man and a top hand driver. Congratulations Willie for a well deserved honor.
