My cousin is in ICU with covid. 38 years old, with a 10 year old at home. She was one of our few family members who refused to get vaccinated. Her Facebook feed is what you’d expect— the vaccine is poison, it’s a conspiracy etc. Is she questioning the meds they are giving her in ICU? She has no health insurance and just started a gofundme. All could be avoided if she got the vaccine. You don’t believe it could happen to you, then before you know it, you’re in the hospital with covid.

I never got flu shots but did get my C19 shots.
I know 6 people who passed from it and none of them got the jab.
Every one of them “Thought” their immune system could handle it. It didn’t.
To me I feel it’s something everybody will get, it’s just how your body handles it.

don’t like shots. the military used me for a pin cushion. swore i’d never willingly take another shot if given a choice. I’m older now. i’ve seen what this covid does to families. i would never tell anyone to do something they think is wrong. i got the shots and boosters. if they say i need another, just tell me where to get in line.
