Ronald Louis Wedgeworth

Mr. Ronald “Ronny” Louis Wedgeworth, age 66, passed away, on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 in Atmore, AL. He had resided most of his life in Flomaton, AL. He was co-owner of Wedgeworth Roofing Company. He was a member of Little Escambia Baptist Church.

Mr. Wedgeworth, enjoyed playing golf, woodworking with his grandsons. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren in sports, and eating a “Good steak at the Gather”.

Mr. Wedgeworth is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Louis (Codie) Wedegworth, of Flomaton, AL; his loving wife of forty-three years, Katherine Wedgeworth of Flomaton, AL; two daughters, Rachael (Tommy) Knowles, of Flomaton, AL; Memory (Shane) Rollin, of Flomaton, AL; one brother, Mike (Nancy) Wedgeworth, of Flomaton, AL; one sister, Brenda (Jeff) Spann, of Flomaton, AL; four grandchildren, Anna Knowles, Lori Knowles, Will Rollin, Colton Rollin, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC with Rev. Jonathan Hill officiating.

Burial will follow at Little Escambia Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC.

Pallbearers will be Doug Norsworthy, Steve Stanton, Speedy Nelson., Keith Lisenby, Will Rollin, CJ Spann.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Spann, Michael (Lil. Mike) Wedgeworth.

Petty- Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes is in charge of all arrangements.

    My heart goes out to the family. Ronnie was such a sweet man. I have know him and his family over half my life. Praying for them all. God will give you all strength to get through this.
    I know my brother Bob was standing there with open arms.
