Michael Dewayne Brown, 47, of Pensacola, FL gained his angel wings August 9, 2021.

Mr. Brown was born on August 29, 1973 in Birmingham, AL.

He was raised by his father Donald Brown in Leeds, AL. His father raised a loving and strong man. He attended Moody High School and played football while in high school. He loved watching football with Grandpa Brown as a child. Michael was the ultimate Alabama Football fan. Michael had the same season tickets to the Alabama football home games for over 20 years and very seldom missed a game. He loved to tailgate in Tuscaloosa with the love of his life Kim and friends. He enjoyed cooking for everyone and making Christmas cookies for his family. Michael loved life and was passionate about his hobbies. He loved grilling, fishing, racing RC cars, paintball, golfing, shooting, and many other hobbies. In April 2005 he met the love of his life Kimberly Nelson. Michael would drive just about every weekend from Alabama to Pensacola to be with Kim. In June 2006 he moved permanently to Pensacola to be with his love. As we mourn and struggle with his untimely passing we find peace knowing he was so dearly loved by all of us. Michael lived his life to the fullest always loving his family first and enjoying all of his hobbies.

He is survived by his spouse Kimberly Nelson, Father Donald Brown, Aunt Paulette Fuller, Aunt Barbara Gentry, Uncle Gary and his wife Aunt Miranda Brown, Aunt Terry, mother in law Agnes Nelson and Father in law Joseph Nelson Sr and countless cousins, nieces, nephews, brother in laws, and sister in laws.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Christine and Clarence Brown, Uncle Robert Brown, Uncle Gerald Brown, and Aunt Rita Barbour.

His service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Faith Chapel North 1000 S Hwy 29, Cantonment, FL 32533. Visitation is family 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Family and Friends 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Service will be at 2:00 pm.
