It’s real simple, if you live north of Highway 98, you get ignored.

I bet another traffic light through there would help.

    Henry,

Thank you for that insight and agreed on those taxpayer dollars.
The county employs engineers capable of tackling so many issues, but maintaining anything they accomplish is the problem.
Too bad we’ll likely have to wait until more out-of-towners arrive before a collection of recurrent issues are properly addressed in “less desirable” areas.

re:Wizard. It use to happen in Gulf Breeze regularly but after Hurricane Ivan, FEMA allocated 20+ Million to Gulf Breeze to rebuild/repair their side of the Pensacola Bay fishing bridge and then they had those funds reallocated to use for a socialist infrastructure drainage project that probably should have been paid for with property tax money by the people who live there. Eventually FEMA allocated another 17 Million Dollars for Gulf Breeze to use in tearing down the fishing bridge. I never heard that they ran out of FEMA money so they must have had some left over?

Funny how this doesn’t happen in say, Gulf Breeze…
Most resources simply go to certain areas with potential revenue streams. That is a fact. Does not mean “they” can neglect everything else.
Too bad the county can’t do anything about that…
    Wait, maybe they could…

Just poor engineering at that intersection. Any future development would be nuts to invest there until the county fixed this issue. Period.

Tanker has no hoses connected, so niether…appears stranded and stuck until water recedes or dispatch requires him to leave.
