Cynthia Diana Kimberl

Cynthia Diana Kimberl was born January 14, 1955, in Pensacola, Florida, and was a lifelong resident. She went home to the Lord peacefully on March 1, 2021, with her husband and three daughters by her side. She was a graduate of Escambia High School. She was employed with Faith Chapel Funeral Home for the past 15 years. Cindy married Steve, the love of her life, on July 6, 1973, celebrating 48 years of marriage this year. Cindy loved being a mother to her three girls and nana to her six grandchildren. She loved being involved in her girls’ activities of Tate colorguard, Tate softball and many other activities. Her hobbies were crafting, antiquing, shopping and knitting. Our mamma struggled for the past several years to breathe on her own and now leaves a void in our family but she is able to breathe her own “Heavenly Air” now.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 48 years, Steve Kimberl; daughters, Rene’ Jones, Maureen & Justin Walker and Bridget Allen; six grandchildren, Makayla Levins, Zacharie Jones, Bailey Allen, Brooklynn Allen, Jaxon Walker, Blake Allen and her two sisters, Rose Ellen Pace and Janet Duncan and too many more loved ones to list.

Pallbearers will be Donald Brewer, Neil Jones, Spencer Lowe, David Milsted, Justin Walker and Bryan Webb. Honorary pallbearers will be Senior Chief Duncan USN, Chris Kimberl, Joey Kimberl, Mark Kimberl, and Capt Robert Williams USN.

Visitation will take place at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North, Monday, March 8, 2021, 9-10 a.m. with funeral services starting at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
