Helen Marie Lister

Helen Marie Lister, a resident of Pensacola, FL passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 at the age of 88. She was born in Flomaton, AL on November 22, 1932 to the late Charlie Wade Hammonds and Emma Caroline Hammac Hammonds. Helen enjoyed bowling, crossword puzzles, and crocheting. She was a member of Bellview Assembly of God Church.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years @ time of his passing, Houston J. Lister; son, Larry Lister; parents; and sister, Pauline Kahlstorf.

She is survived by her brothers, Wade Hammonds, Sr., Carl Hammonds, Ray (Evelyn) Hammonds, Bodie (Wanda) Hammonds and Clarence (Wanda) Hammonds; sister, Vera Hall; children, Pete Lister, Lance Lister, Sr., Allen Lister and Marty Lister; eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with Rev. J.B. Shoumaker officiating. Burial will be held in Morgan Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at 11AM prior to services.
