Mr. Lynn Ervin Powell 65 of Canoe, AL. passed away February 18, 2020. He was born on May 8, 1954 in Pensacola, FL. He was a millwright at Georgia-Pacific in Brewton, AL and is preceded in death by his parents K.C. and Cordie Hopkins Powell and his wife Audrey Diane Powell.
He is survived by his two sons Josh (April) Powell and Jesse Powell all of Kansas. Two brothers, Rodney Powell of Gulf Shores, AL and Bodie Baker of Oklahoma. Two sisters, Gail Godwin of Andalusia, AL. and Jane Robbins of Texas. Four Grandchildren, Alexis Powell, Jesse Lambert, Addison Powell and Jimmy Lambert.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 2PM from Atmore Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Serenity Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be David Jones, Leon Crawfor, Jeff Hall, Wayne Baker, Ricky Golson and Gary Hall.
Family will receive friends Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 1 PM until service time at 2 PM at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
