Tropical Storm Olga Forms, But It Will Soon Merge Into Cold Front

Tropical Storm Olga formed in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico. As it moves quickly toward the north-northeast, it will merge with a cold front and become post-tropical by tonight.
There are no tropical storm watches or warnings. But do expect rain and a chance of thunderstorm through Saturday due to the cold front and unstable air mass.

Tonight: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Cloudy, with a low around 72. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
