I-10 Needs to be widen to six lanes from Florida Alabama lines to ALT. Route US 90 & Increased to eight lanes from ALT Route US90 to US29 Exit. Navy Federal traffic is completely bottle necking in a.m. hours causing dangerous conditions on westbound side of I-10. Also I see FDOT is working toward improving Hwy.29 north of Cantonment. My church is off of Quinttete Road FDOT needs to widen Hwy 29 at Quintette Road add north and south bounds turning lanes widening this T shaped intersection and add a traffic light.

Construct a four lane by-pass around this place… I-10 south… As most budding cities do instead of sending most of the tax money to the beach.

I wish some of this had been addressed prior to so much building. I agree that Pine Forest is a mess also but people cannot get out of Detroit Blvd safely as it is. I don’t know what the solution for that is. However, if they can somehow add an entrance/exit to I10 to handle some of the traffic, maybe it would help. Thanks for sharing the info about the meeting.

I-10 interchange at Beulah Road is a must do, and quickly! Navy Federal traffic makes 9 Mile impassable during morning commute and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. Please make this project a priority!

Please consider widening Beulah Road from West Nine Mile Road to Mobile Hwy. This road is very narrow and has a lot of shoulder damage from the heavy traffic load. I’m sure this project will only make this section of road more convenient for residents to use and increase the already overworked narrow roadway.
    Thank you for your help,
    Beulah Resident

Thank you D.O.T.! With all the growth happening In The north Pensacola area I appreciate your working to improve the traffic situation. I’m sure many are appreciative of the ongoing efforts.

As meetings come, meetings go. Suggestions made, suggestions ignored.

However, all serious thought should be given to the improvement (widening) of 10 Mile road from Guidy Lane to US 29. To avoid the 9 Mile race track many people use this road daily. Add to the mix the heavy semi trucks hauling to and from Gulf Power and this road is pretty well used and beat up. I’m sure people that live on or along this route will not be happy, but that’s the reason for setback lines on property…to do what is best for the public’s benefit!

They need to hold a public meeting on Pine Forest road being widen from Detroit Blvd to 9 mile road. Folks in the area know what it is like to TRY to go from exit 7 to go northbound on Pine Forest road.
