A Cantonment man is facing multiple charges including human trafficking for the alleged abuse of a woman.

John Chess Foster, 50, was charged with human trafficking, sexual battery, false imprisonment and battery.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance on Balboa Road in Cantonment Saturday night. The victim told deputies she “stayed” with Foster, and the two had an argument over money that turned physical after he spent all the money they had at the casino. She stated she was slapped twice in the face and pinned against an outside trailer wall by his arm. She stated she bit Foster’s arm, and deputies observed a bite mark on his arm, according to an arrest report.

The victim stated, “It’s only going to get worse. Tell him I did not call 911.”

The arrest report states the victim told deputies he gets high on methamphetamine, brings guys over and forces her to perform sexual acts on them. She stated that he has facilitated sexual contact between her and over 20 men where he forces her to sit naked before telling her what acts to perform on them. When finished, Foster forces her to bathe in bleach, the report continues.

She said she was not allowed to leave the house except for short periods of time with a family member.

As the deputy was speaking with the victim, she was cleaning dishes and crying, telling him that if he did not get the dishes cleaned Foster would beat her when released from jail. The victim stated that the mental abuse was so severe that she has considered suicide.

Foster remained in the Escambia County Jail without bond Monday.

    Does not sound right?
The man did drugs? Not her.
I bet they both are druggies, fighting about more drugs.
A battered woman wouldn’t argue with a man over money!
He would just sell her! Come on now.
    Just saying.
    Sounds fake.

  4. I KNOW! on October 29th, 2019 8:08 pm

It happens women can say this or that and the man gets whatever charges for it. I know for a FACT the girl was NOT HELD AGAINST HER WILL. PERIOD. Thats A LIE!

My thing is why lie? I know she was not held against her will. He worked… she could have left at any point. I know.
If you got to LIE about it, thats when things don’t add up.

I’m not even remotely surprised that the knee jerk reaction was to blame this woman. You folks who did are sick in the head. I’m sorry for your mommas!

Just because a woman says it happened does Not make it true. These women need to be held accountable for false accusations!
Laws to prevent women from doing this so easily, when proved not to be true.

There are def three sides to every story. His, the truth, and this story. They need to investigate her activities. They weren’t “staying together”. They are engaged and have been dating for years. She’s not a small victim and has been arrested before for violence. This is one of those cases that make the legal system hard to trust. Any woman can claim things and are believed. Pray to god that the truth comes out in the end. For his sake and everyone else.

They need to arrest the other 20 looser friends and charge them as well.

Says, she could leave for short periods but only with a family member. So, should other “family members” be charged as well, or were they also abused?

There should be no bond for this ANIMAL yes ANIMAL. If he is released from jail you will never hear from this woman again. Some will say why has she stayed with him why not leave it’s not that simple believe me. My sister stayed in abusive relationship and the only way she got out was he got killed. All the family talking to her couldn’t convince her to leave him he also was an animal and guess what she loved him till the day he got killed.

When he gets out (and he will) I hope she is long gone and somewhere he can not find her, it will not be good for her at all! This is a sick individual!
