Courts Closed Monday For Rosh Hashanah

The courts of the First Judicial Circuit will be closed Monday, September 30, in observance of Rosh Hashanah. Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, October 1.

The First Judicial Circuit is comprised of Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton Counties

    CONTEMPLATING:
    “…slowing down and further overcrowding the jailhouse.”

    Think how we could speed things up if we kept the judges and lawyers working 24 hours per day, seven days a week, with no bathroom breaks or holidays…until they dropped dead from exhaustion, that is.

    (The best way to not overcrowd the jailhouse is to not commit crimes or seem to.)

    I feel like this is and unjust closure only slowing down and further overcrowding the jailhouse
