Woman Pleads Guilty To Throwing Drink At Congressman Matt Gaetz

The woman accused of throwing a drink at Congressman Matt Gaetz during a June town hall meeting in Pensacola has pleaded guilty in federal court.
Amanda L. Kondrat’Yev, 35, was charged with assaulting a U.S. Congressman for throwing the drink at Gaetz as he was leaving his “We Won’t Back Down” town hall event at a Pensacola restaurant. The drink hit Gaetz in the back as he was making his way to his waiting car outside the main entrance of the Brew Ha Ha Restaurant.
She will be sentenced in October.
Kondrat’yev ran against Gaetz for his Congressional seat in 2016, along with Cris Dosev and Mark Wichern. She is also the lead plaintiff in the Bayview Cross case against the City of Pensacola.

Did she not realize she is in the United States? Will she come out protesting for better jail food? Damn right, she’s charged. She is totally uncivilized.
She makes us moderate Democrats look bad. Yes, we do exist. I guess we would be considered independents now lol The “moderate dems” got absorbed into the independent party by default when AOC and the “squad” established how far off they are.
What happened to common sense? Seriously
She faces a year according to one article. That may be more than she actually gets but nonetheless it will give her the time to write her “Mein Kampf” while in the cell.
Federal Court…perfect!…… I’d highly doubt that she’ll get a slap on the wrist for this aberrant assault, especially in light of the multiple recent publicized videos showing police officers being assaulted with buckets of waters and the like. Of course, IMO those disrespectful hooligans turds weren’t raised properly and think their behavior is funny. She, on the other hand, is just a fringe whack-a-do that needs a stark reality check behind bars, for a good little while!
She obviously has too much time on her hands and 30 days will only make her a martyr and hero in the views of her like minded loonies. I’m not sure if this is a misdemeanor or a felony, but atleast 364 days in jail will be a good starting point.

Do a little research and you will find her anti-government and militant group affiliations run deep. She is not as dumb as she looks. She and her cronies have a clear agenda that involves violence and threats towards Government officials on the Right.
She’s going to lose her case against the city and the cross, too!

You could have washed down a burger and fries with that drink, and speech is free – been better to have hurled an insult and avoided being put under the thumb of the legal system. Oh well now I’m thirsty and hungry…
