Has anyone else noticed the INSANE amount injury traveling on Pine Forest Rd. has brought on LATELY??? Seriously what is going on? It’s terrible, lives are being lost… PLEASE,lets slow down and add extra attention to our daily trips.Even I have fallen victim to “Hypnotized Driving” ,when I’m on my SAME OLE path every day… Let’s try to be aware of things more than normal..I Do NOT want to see anymore of my Pensacola folks hurt..or worse
Odds are stacked against pedestrians – Heavy traffic/construction/walking at night/being too close to the road/dark attire/ to name a few – biggest thing Common Sense – stay as far off the roadways as possible, unless you have a death wish – you will not win against a 2000 lb. + vehicle
Its everyday. Everyday I tell you. Everyday, I have a pedestrian step out in the highway somewhere in front of me. Saturday night I almost hit two on 29. Dark clothes, Tanned skin, Dark hair. Its like they’re playin peeky boo under the covers…”If you cant see me, you cant hit me”….and WHAM!! There you go. I hope the sweet lady struck by the car recovers soon. And I hope the nerves of the driver heal
