One Critically Injured In Early Morning Wrong-Way Crash On Highway 29

At least one person was critically injured in a crash involving a wrong-way driver early Saturday morning in Cantonment.

The accident occurred shortly after 4 a.m. on Highway 29 near Pinoak Lane, near the Grace Valley Baptist Church. One person was trapped in their vehicle until they were extricated by firefighters.

Highway 29 was completely shut down due to the accident and for a LifeFlight landing zone.

The Florida Highway Patrol investigated and has not released any additional information.

    @at hmmm, maybe you should just go to a regular school to brush up on spelling and-or sentence structure. The other guy was merely speculating about what might have happened. He might be right as defensive as you sound about it.

    Hmm that’s a old school corolla. And are highly desired drift cars now. I wonder if he was trying to drift and lost control.
