Aubrey Glenn Sellers

Mr. Aubrey Glenn “Tobe” Sellers, age 94, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019, in Pensacola, Florida.

Mr. Sellers was a native and lifelong resident of Atmore, AL. He was a veteran of the Vietnam conflict serving in the U.S. Air Force with 20 years of service. He was a member of the VFW, Carney Masonic Lodge #549, Scottish Rite and Brooks Memorial Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Arthur M. and Carrie B. Sellers; wife, Jacqueline “Jackie” Minor Sellers; two sisters, Pearl Boatwright and Ralphine Morrow; and two brothers, Arthur M. Sellers, Jr. and Joe Frank “Sam” Sellers.

He is survived by his sons, Gary Michael (Myra) Sellers of Prattville, AL, Steve Alan (Kim) Royal of Clearwater, FL, Kent W. (Kathi) Royal of Brandon, FL; three grandsons; two granddaughters; one great-grandson; four great-granddaughters and many nieces and nephews, especially Tommy (Vickey) Sellers of Gulf Shores, AL.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Patterson officiating.

Burial will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019, from 1 p.m. until service time at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Bill Hostetler, Kyle Hostetler, Wesley Hostetler, Allen Sharpless, Andrew Sharpless and Harold Madison.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Sharpless, Marcia Hostetler, Betty Sharpless, Marilyn Ellis and Cecil Ellis.

Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes is in charge of all arrangements, Atmore, Alabama.
