As to the red light comments – I feel that they are trying to say – “We told you so”.

That intersection does have traffic lights, but people need to really slow down and observe traffic since there are left turn signals and a lot of cars/trucks coming and going from that Tom Thumb store in different directions.

Pay attention people, there is a traffic light at this intersection, its the drivers that are NOT paying attention, you HAVE to constantly pay attention to whats going are around you.

I see it all the time person turns right on red while the other vehicle is doing a I turn to go to the Tom Thumb oh and when your crossing 29 on a green light those turning left off of the old highway to 29 do not have the right to turn before another car crosses the highway you must wait maybe change the rule to no U turn there and no right on red give the others turning left from old highway a green light of their own just my thoughts

@TAllen:. They are being facetious. They know there is a traffic light. They’re just referring to all past comments of ‘needing a traffic light to control the accidents’ before the traffic light was actually installed.

I almost certain that hwy 29 & hwy 97 intersection does have a traffic light (red light). I see at least 2 comments about the need of a traffic light there…(THERE IS A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT THAT LOCATION) unless I’m lossing my mind but I’ve been stopping there for a red light past couple yrs..

Has nothing to do with traffic lights, or the roads. 95% of the time, it’s drivers NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Praying for a fast recovery for the injured person.

Traffic lights the true answers to solving wrecks. Pray all is well
Just be a defensive driver at all times. BE ALERT
