Escambia County Spokesperson Resigning

Another high profile Escambia County employee is resigning.

Escambia County Community and Media Relations Division Manager Joy Tsubooka has submitted her resignation effective in 90 days.

The county says she will not be handling media contacts, but will be working on “special projects” during the 90 day period. Hana Frenette assumed responsibility for working with the media as the county’s spokesperson effective immediately.

    Sure is a lot of turn over in the County staff this past year or so. As most people already know when a Government agency or Business is having high turn over…That most likely and usually means upper management or Representatives are not doing there duties honestly and to standards that they were elected to do which causes excessive strain on staff and subordinates.
