Fire Heavily Damages Home Near Jay

Fire heavily damaged a home northeast of Jay on Sunday.
There were no injuries reported in the fire on Sharp Lane off Highway 87 near the Alabama/Florida state line and the Dixonville community.
The Berrydale, Jay, Allentown and Muson volunteer fire departments from Santa Rosa County responded, along with the Dixonville (AL) Volunteer Fire Department.

This is my brother’s home. He is in very poor health & is in his 70’s & this is devastating. Thank God he & his wife are sate.
