Congratulations Chief Simpkins! You so deserve teacher of the year and everything it entails.. You were Dylan & Kira Cartwright’s favorite teacher. Dylan joined the Navy and Kira now works for Navy Federal. You did a good job directing my children down the right path. God bless you.
