Pedestrians v a vehicale state and federal statutory code of florida stipulate that no perdestrian is ever at fault wherewhen strke by a vehicale . At any timerelavent .
How is a perdestrain at fault where when their is no caution light and or a proper justifiable crosswalk at this location. Longitude or latitude where fore in all popssibillity none of the pass years accidients would not have took in place indicateing dot. Is at fault… At all times realavent.all neglagence.
Golf carts, wheel chairs, four wheelers and foot traffic crossing the road course track called Hwy.29 have no chance dancing with a 3000 pound automobile doing 50 to 60 mph.
It amazes me that this is not an every night occurrence in Century. Pedestrians and bikes with people wearing dark clothing from head to toe make their way across, beside, and down the middle of Century Blvd. with no regard to moving traffic.
That was my daughter that was hit, she has been in the trauma center at sacred heart hospital since it happened. Thank God it only broke her leg.
I’ve almost hit two people at the same place. They will walk out right in front of you….
