Be weather alert this weekend. There is a slight risk (level 2 of 5) of severe storms this weekend, and the National Weather Service says the enhanced risk area (orange in the map) may be expanded.
The chance severe storms is Saturday night through midday Sunday. The greatest threats will be damaging winds, tornadoes and large hail.

This Afternoon: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 80. South wind around 10 mph.
Tonight: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Patchy fog after 1am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 64. Southeast wind around 5 mph.
Saturday: A slight chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 1pm. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. Breezy, with a southeast wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Saturday Night: Showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1am. Low around 68. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Sunday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 1pm. Some of the storms could be severe and produce heavy rainfall. Partly sunny, with a high near 78. Breezy, with a south wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
