Various legal notices, including a legal notice on NorthEscambia.com and a front page news story on March 14.

All you outsiders and the few that are trying to have nothing good to say why dont you try to give some ideas for the council to try that might help them out. I am sure they can use all the help they can get. I think selling off old vehicles was a great idea. No it did no bring in millons but at least it brought in something. I am sure there is more old equipment that could be auctioned off as well. With all the new shiny trucks that all the employees are using I am sure they dont need this old stuff.

Great. More liquid capital to buy plane tickets and cut loans to council members.
That should just about cover the 300-year loan they are trying to pay off.
That’ll be a big start to paying off that debt. (Sarcasm intended). Now, on to bigger assets.
must have missed the notice on this one.
