Small Fire Reported At Whataburger In Cantonment

Firefighters responded to a small fire at Whataburger in Cantonment Monday afternoon.

The small fire was reportedly contained to an area in the attic or ceiling area over a drive-thru window on the north side of the Highway 29 building. No major damage was reported.

The restaurant was evacuated during the incident. There were no injuries.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation.

The restaurant reopened for business Tuesday afternoon.

    I put the blame on Colonel Sanders taking out the competition slowly one at a time. Better watch out BK because he can’t take down the clown.

    First Taco Bell…now Whataburger. Why does life hate me so much?!
    Glad no one was hurt in either fire.

    I bet the community is very happy she didnt go down! every time I pass by that Whataburger they are slammed,I mean all day and into the wee hours……always……..
