Who is responsible for the speed limits on 29 and who is responsible for enforcing those speed limits?

There is where we should seek change.

It would’ve been nice if the driver of the Black Car would’ve stopped at the stop sign, but instead just blew right through it without even slowing up. Hopefully he’ll lose his license due to his reckless driving.

WOW!! I think both vehicles are totaled? Notice the cross in the back ground on the bottom photo? Appears to me someone else had a crash there as well and didn’t make it. Shame. Praying for all involved.
