Wanted Florida Felon Caught In Alabama, Assaults Two Officers
January 9, 2019
A wanted felon from Escambia County, FL, was taken into custody in Flomaton, but not before he allegedly assaulted two police officers.
The Flomaton Police Department caught up with 43-year old Brian Terrell Ward on Highway 113.
According to police, they had been alerted that Ward made threats to kill any law enforcement officer that he saw. Flomaton Police said they conducted a “high risk” traffic stop, and Ward resisted officers.
He was charged with two count of second degree assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest and obstructing a government operation. Ward is wanted by the Escambia County (FL) Sheriff’s Office for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, police said.
The officers involved in the Flomaton traffic stop were not seriously injured and did not need medical attention.

Raven, you can call the jail and a lot of times they’ll give you the info you need. Either Brewton or Pensacola if he’s already been transferred.
I take that saying on his shirt as he is having voices in his head.
Voices in his head is an auditory hallucination that may or may not be associated with a mental health problem. It is the most common type of hallucination in people with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. A person with schizophrenia is much more likely to commit violent crimes. Keep him locked up before the voices tell him to target and kill others.
As for you Raven – I would stay away from this man. He can snap at any time.
Wish Flomaton police could serve SouthFlomaton
From his shirt “THE VOICES AREN’T REAL. They have some pretty good ideas.” Sorry, man… threatening to kill any L.E.O. you come in contact with is not a good idea. He’s lucky he’s alive.
Hello! Is it possible to find out more information about this fellow my name is Raven and this is my uncle. I know is long history of issues and but he can be troubled. But he is a good man was just a really bad temper unfortunately. I just found out about the news and didn’t know if I could possibly get some more information. This is just a simple girl battling an illness back at home in Florida wanting to know if her uncle is okay although I know that he tends to get himself in trouble. And it’s not innocent a lot of the time she does truly me alone. I pray that with someone will get back with me so I can get in contact
