While I agree we gotta keep drugs off the streets and hold people accountable florida sentencing guidelines are draconian someone murders his wife and child gets 24 years you sell drugs can get 70 years makes no sense but then again why would laws make sense we wanna punish what the current narrative is funny thing is who you think let drugs into the country and don’t let anyone convince you it’s traffickers the government has full control of its borders they let that stuff in to secure jobs maybe let’s start there and we can get the streets cleaned up ?

I see all the money on the table, but did they check inside his hair-do for more drugs and money???

Several risks including respiratory depression and suppression of laryngeal reflexes are associated with both Fentanyl and Propofol. Fentanyl and Propofol are used for anesthesia and will do just that… put you out for good. Michael Jackson, Tom Petty, Prince, and Demi Lovato all died from abuse of Fentanyl. Fentanyl is 30 times stronger than Heroin.

My Granddaughter is a Nurse in ICU in California and there are overdose cases every day using these drugs.

Here’s an article to educate people of the different forms and awareness from using Fentanyl:

Fentanyl is a killer – I know this for a fact. My next door neighbors MOTHER got him hooked on that junk and it killed him so fast, when he was found he was still on his knees leaning over the table that he was snorting it on! He was a great young man who had a fantastic job until he started doing that poison thanks to dear ole Mom (and I use that word loosely). And yes she is addict as well but she doesn’t do the Fentanyl. She’s more of a Oxycodone user, which she would get him to go and buy for her down in Brownsville.

This sorry excuse for a human is probably already selling more drugs. These dealers are relentless. My son was clean for 8 months and had his phone number changed and went through rehab. The dealer would get his number and constantly call him and come by and offer him drugs for free. He relapsed and the last time he used, he thought he was buying heroin. Turns out it was 100% fentanyl. These dealers should be charged with murder and taken off the streets forever.

I would run if I was him that’s a lot of time he’s looking at and running isn’t gonna really give him more time. 25,000 isn’t a lot to really be worried about a bondsman that can be paid back. Simple plant based diet he could be a new man in a month.

I feel for ya. Everybody commenting are a bunch of haters, let the man do his time and get out. He won’t be gone for long. 5 years min for the gun and he didn’t shoot anybody. Their are larger amounts out there for the grabs. Everybody should just worry about their own skeletons in the closet.

Fentanyl,………….there are going to be people who are dying in the opioid wars, but if fentanyl is being dealt…….we are in deep trouble as the opiate crisis is spinning out of control. The politicians have utterly failed in the war against opioids.

Wishful thinking for those of you who think this guy will do any time. This a non violent crime, although he is dealing this addictive poison. Chances are, he is trying to recoup his losses as we speak. Don’t be so naive people.

$25,000 bond, what a joke. The crackhead should get life in prison.

  13. Cantonment on November 3rd, 2018 2:58 pm

That’s enough methamphetamine to kill 844 people.

Even more horrifying is that 682.5g of Fentanyl is enough to kill 341,250 people.

  14. What on November 3rd, 2018 11:57 am

25,000 bond, thats pocket change to him.he can go make that in one night to get out and back on the street.

  17. tooma on November 3rd, 2018 10:36 am

He made bail with drug money. Anyone else see anything wrong with this? They didn’t consider the convicted felon peddling poison a flight risk?

  18. mick on November 3rd, 2018 10:30 am

Another gross dereliction of duty by those in the justice system to keep this scumbag felon in prison. Your looking at a soulless agent of satan that deals poison. A life of pain in prison for the rest of your miserable life. Try to get it right judges, think about how many lives this cockroach has ruined and the potential of harm that poison causes. God bless and protect those in law enforcement that go out there everyday to rid society of this kind of plague. Thanks so much LEO’s for your dedication to duty.

    Big Worm!

Dude is a convict with firearms. Trafficking in practically everything. I assume the public nuisance structure is a crack house.

Why oh why was his bond set so low? He had almost $10k cash on him so he probably had the 10% stashed elsewhere to easily make that bail.

    Bye Felicia

  21. Babbs on November 3rd, 2018 9:01 am

Why arrest them if your gonna let them out at all. Our system is so messed up that’s why the criminals keep doing what they want. Looks like whoever is letting them out is apart of them.

  22. Barry Seal on November 3rd, 2018 6:40 am

Wow all those charges and that amount of drugs, makes one wonder if he used the siezed cash to post his bond. Willing to bet this fine upstanding citizen is back in business already.
