Debra Lynn Jurkowich

Debra Lynn Jurkowich (Sue), 67, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully Sunday, October 28, 2018, surrounded her loved ones. She was born August 23, 1951 in the maternity hospital on Palafox Street in Pensacola, FL. She graduated L.P.N.
School from Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins, West Virginia, Class of 1974. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. Special thanks to the Woodlands Medical Group and all of the fine people who helped and worked with
our mom.

She is preceded in death by her ex-husband, Thomas Edward Jurkowich; son, Thomas Edward Jurkowich II; and her brother, Donny Ray Glova.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Daly and Patrick Daly; daughter, Mischief Jurkowich; granddaughters, Crystalyn Daly and Olive Daly; grandson, Teddy Daly; sister, Brenda Wiggins; daughter-in-law, Toni Daly and her son, Michael Daly.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.

Faith Chapel Funeral Home South is entrusted with the arrangements.
