Mosquito Fogging Tonight In Molino, Beulah, Ensley
October 3, 2018
Escambia County Mosquito Control will conduct “fogging missions” tonight in portions of Molino, Beulah and Ensley. Mission hours vary, but typically occur in the evening hours from 6-9:30 p.m.
When possible, pre-application and post-application surveillance is performed to ensure fogging is warranted. Methods used to determine need include dry ice-baited light traps, landing rate counts and service requests received from the public.
To make a request for service or an area to be listed as a no spray area, please call (850) 937-2188, submit an online request here or email mosquitocontrol@myescambia.com.

@ Becky – You’re right , Beulah extends from 11 Mile Creek to the Alabama line. My home country of Klondike lies between 8 Mile & 11 Mile Creeks respectively but the outlanders don’t know that. They try to call everything from the Fairgrounds out Beulah.
@ Bob C – When I was a kid in old Klondike & 8 Mile Creek Rd was dirt , my father used to send us to the road to flag down the mosquito truck & ask him to drive thru our place. We ran behind the truck all the way !
Glad to see they got the fogger fixed. For the past year every time it came down our road the fogger must have been broke.
Beulah I’m much larger then the grid where they will be spraying. In fact where you are spraying is barely even touching the surface of Beulah. We have mosquitoes too
Thank you for the notice.
Remembering when we were kids ~ many decades ago ~ and would ride our bikes behind the spray trucks in “the fog”.
They were probably using DDT at the time but we didn’t have any fleas or lice.
Maybe the effects are what’s wrong with me now.? (Joking)
