Carolyn Kay Pittman Monaghan

Carolyn Kay Pittman Monaghan, 60, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018, at her home in Cantonment, Florida with her son, Keith and his fiancé, Jamie by her side.

Kay was born the fourth of six children on April 26, 1958, in Pensacola, Florida to Bruce Pittman and Nayda Faye Poe Pittman.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Kay is survived by her mother, Faye Pittman; son, Keith Landgraff (Jamie); grandson, Drake Landgraff; and numerous extended family members.

Kay’s faith in Christianity guarantees a place for her. She mastered many health challenges throughout her life and wished upon her death to donate her body to science and we respectfully honor that request.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 23, 2018, at the home of her son, Keith, 911 Jacks Branch Road, Cantonment, Florida.

In lieu of flowers family request that donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House.3

Faith Chapel Funeral Home North is entrusted with arrangements.

    I am so in shock. I had no idea.
    Ive been in VA so long.
    Im back and was searching all of you.
    Hopefully one if you will contact me.

    Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you. I wish I could have been there more for you , still I was there but I had to care for mother. We miss you so much and love you . I carry you with me everywhere I go . Love your sister , Julie
