Violent Sexual Predator From Century Arrested For Sex Offense At Mall

A registered violent sexual predator from Century was arrested Tuesday at a Cordova Mall restaurant for allegedly exposing himself.
Anthony Darnall Goldsmith, age 60 of 153 East Pond Street, was charged with indecent exposure of sexual organs after the incident at Panera Bread.
The adult female victim told Pensacola Police that Goldsmith sat down at a table in a corner of the restaurant a few feet away and began eating food that he brought with him. She said when she looked back up, he was exposed and pleasuring himself.
The victim screamed, and Goldsmith ran from the restaurant. An employee told officers that he is often at the restaurant, and he would also frequently visit the McDonald’s a few blocks away on Airport Boulevard.
When police checked the area of the McDonald’s, they found Goldsmith walking near Washington High School.
Goldsmith was convicted of predatory sexual assault of a child in Cook County, IL, in 2005. He was also convicted of two sexual predator registration violations in Escambia County in 2008 and 2011.

This same type of person took the life of a young girl. If I’m not mistaken, just a little over a year ago.When charged with this type of violence against children as he was charged in 2005.Why give him a chance to do just what happened in our area with that little girl in 2016. Justice system should never let that kind of person out in the world walking around free to harm or kill someone’s child…They are not rehabilitable. Just keep him and his type locked away forever.In shackles 24/7….its the only answer or else its left to chance. I feel better taking no chances.Don’t you?

This happens to female correctional officers every day and nobody puts up a big fuss about that. What’s the difference?

I don’t think the sickness lies in “those organs”. The sickness is in the organ between his ears. Until that organ is removed, the sickness (desire) will remain.
He doesn’t need to be in jail. He needs to have those organs removed to look like a Ken doll. When there’s nothing to expose I bet the urge to do that will go away.

Why is he not in prison?
As a society we keep arresting and charging non violent dopes and mopes which fills up our jails, and these violent and dangerous monsters are eventually released on the streets. We need NEW priorities. This guy never should have been released back on the streets without Court services determining by testing if this predator was still dangerous. If they served their time, so what. No monster should be released on the streets to make room for the dopes and mopes who fill our prisons until they can be tested and PROVED by administrative hearing that they no longer are a danger. We have to make changes in our criminal justice system, and society is LUCKY that this dangerous predator did not hurt another child.

The article says he was convicted in Cook County, Illinois. That’s Chicago, one of the most liberal cities in the nation. That pretty much explains it all, I think.
People like this need to get life without parole. If this man ever gets out he will do it again.

This is why people like him need to be locked away for life!! He is sick and needs to be in prison!!! Our justice system is failing us daily by letting people like him walk the streets.

Know our jails and prisons would have to be HUGE to hold all the perverts and crazies that are surrounding us every day yet seems there is Something that could be done to remove those who keep on with their wrong doing.
