In America this guy gets a bond and is assumed innocent until proven guilty. In the Middle East he would get castrated. I like the later.

Hope this is the right guy. The picture is not clear and the guy looks slimmer in white.Any of 10 guys at the Circle K could be the one.

This will happen more often as PPD and ECSO are short many officers. They are only reacting to high priority calls right away and other ones not so fast. (Missing adults probably low priority especially downtown after partying). The criminals know this and have become emboldened. This woman is lucky this was caught on video as most rape cases go unsolved.

Please look out for your loved ones and family during this time of crime rise and low staffing at police departments. Pensacola is a crime hub and a police prairie with low staffing. God bless.

Probably shouldn’t assume that she just got sloppy drunk & was irresponsible or put herself in a bad situation if you don’t know all the details. MANY women are drugged unknowingly in our world today. It’s hallened to me before and never did I have a sip of alcohol during that time. Drugs can be slipped in anything. Doesn’t take but 2 seconds to look away and it’s done. And for those who will say, WATCH YOUR DRINK! Things happen! We are HUMAN and also, if someone is that determined, they will do anything to get what they want. Stop judging and respect the victim. NO woman or human being deserves to be told what they did wrong during an awful time like this when it was NOT her fault.

Lots of just plain dumb with this incident. Plenty of blame for people’s actions putting themselves in position for this to happen. There are creeps like this out there just waiting for an opportunity to act.

There is a new song out on “country” music stations. It concerns “taking a drunk girl home.” Beyond its ominous title, there is a real good moral there, if you listen to it.

Be careful girls, there are a lot of bad people preying on you. The good people will pray for you.

PPD video says this “Hill” guy was following the young couple around town for a couple of hours before she passed out.
Now am wondering if Hill slipped a drug into her drink in order for her to pass out then help with her and all the while intending to kidnap and rape her?
Also PPD was familiar with him for being just creepy around people and saying rude things to women.
    Keep him locked UP.

    @goodgrief

What’s the lesson? Don’t enjoy your life? Live in fear of existing outside your home because someone might take anything you do as an open invitation to violate your body?

Here’s a lesson: learn that victims are not at fault. Educate yourself and stop blaming the victim and blame the rapist. To quote Charlie Brown: “Good grief…”

Young girls and women need to always be able to be aware of their surroundings and hate to say it but never leave your drink unattended as well and I wouldn’t even accept a free drink someone brought me. You can’t trust anyone nowdays. Very sad place we are in in this society. Prayers for the girl!

“Please ladies let this be a lesson to us.”

I think the lesson here is more along the lines of, “don’t rape people.”

I think a crime like this deserves the death penalty. A slow death at that.

I said months ago that soon the thugs will be praying on the downtown crowd. With poor management and thirty officers down the police are now just reacting to crimes that already occurred. You will see more of this in the future.

Glad they got him! Praying for the young lady. Please ladies let this be a lesson to us.

You should have never left her alone bro….. You should’ve carried her to your car like this roach did. It’s just sad that someone had to go through this so others could learn what “NOT” to do in a situation like this.

NEVER leave someone alone like this. GOSH!!!!
