Navy Tech Arrested On Child Porn Charges

August 23, 2018

Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Galen Robert Kountz, 43, an active member of the United States Navy, of 6031 Dallas Ave., Pensacola, for possession of child pornography.

Agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which indicated that a suspected child pornography image was uploaded to a message board. The investigation led FDLE agents to Kountz’s residence, where a video containing child pornography was located on an external hard drive belonging to Kountz.

He is a Navy cryptologic intelligence technician.

Kountz was booked into the Escambia County Jail. Additional charges are dependent upon completion of computer forensic examinations. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit.

First, I am NOT for anyone looking at kiddy porn. Having said that, if he had only one item. What was the photo about, why did he have it, did he have 100’s more? Most child molesters have 1000 when caught, not just one. Again, he shouldn’t even have one, but until I hear the “rest of the story” I refuse to hang him by the neck. And sometimes when a person is charged with child porn, it may not be what most of us think of as porn. Let’s wait to kill him until we know all the facts.

Why are we not hearing of Homeland Security not taking down this child pornography sharing bulletin board?

An island, these people need to be with each other with no place to get photos or to abuse children.
