Judge Jennifer Frydrychowicz set bond for Wallace at $5 million — $2.5 million for each count of vehicular homicide.
He was taken into custody July 24 in Philadelphia, PA, by U.S. Marshals. Wallace had been staying with a relative for about a month at the time of his capture.
Three people were crossing Cervantes Street near M Street when they were hit by a Dodge Charger driven at a high rate of speed by Wallace, according to Pensacola Police. Neariaah Ikerria Williams, age 8 months, and a family friend, 28-year-old Nephateria Monique Williams, died. The child’s mother, 27-year-old Quineka Tyon Baldwin, was injured.

Since he was on the run when caught and is obviously a flight risk..why give him any bond at all….Makes no sense to me…
As hard as he was to find, why on earth does he even have a bond? I don’t get it. If he is lucky to bond out, they probably won’t find him ever.
The folks that helped him should be on same Bond amount.
Time to meet your fate, with any justice you will exist behind prison walls for the rest of your life and your accomplices will be right behind you. You murdered two people with no remorse – in the end a worse fate awaits you…
