@ Sunny, it’s like this , when you have $2000 in your pocket and don’t have a job and add the fact that every bill has the same serial number kinda hard to say you didn’t know.

And yes innocent people are locked up, but I can promise you that more guilty people go free every day, I encourage everyone to go sit in at the court house and see for yourselves. So innocent are locked up and victims are made victims twice.

    Newsflash …..

I know Montaio well enough to know that he is not innocent. & I would love to go to a world where the justice system doesnt make mistakes. If that was the case, this man would be behind bars for life.

Bec………”News Flash, but I’m pretty sure if you are innocent then they dont book you & make you pay a bond to get out.”

newsflash innocent people get arrested, booked, even convicted all the time. Someone needs to go back to their polyanna world where the justice system never makes mistakes

Having said that I am in no way defending these two jokers.

    “Attempted to pass counterfeit money”.

Unintentional use of counterfeit money: using counterfeit money, even unkowingly, is illegal. But, a court will only charge someone with fraud if it is proven that the individual consciously tried to pass fake money off as real currency.

These two could have easily received this money from someone not knowing it was fake. I’m not trying to take up for them, I don’t know either of them. But I don’t check out the bills I have in my possession. Really don’t think about it. Could easily happen to anyone – the good or the bad.

He looks happy as all get out In his stupid mugshot too. Try to buy alcohol with some fake money, but the cops let you bail yourself out as long as you got the real stuff. They better check that money too. Dude been in & out of jail his whole life but people still give him a slap on the wrist & that is why he will NEVER change. He needs to face real time & let some reality slap him in the face!! Got people defending him like he did no wrong. News Flash, but I’m pretty sure if you are innocent then they dont book you & make you pay a bond to get out.

The federal reserve is a privately owned bank that prints fake money legally. You better not counterfeit their fiat currency though! Only they can flood the market with valueless paper.

Ive known montaio for a long time and it sad to see what he has become. He has so much talent in football and it all went to waste. A lot of people would’ve gave a lot to had his talent and now, his speed is for just running from the cops. So sad….

If you see them, have them stop by the City of Century and print a few bills. Their payroll department is lacking funds.

    good one tg

Well not only here but Flomington as well, if anyone should see them call the Sheriffs Office, the little fella ran from them last night like a coward he is. It’s just a matter of time before he commits another crime, and maybe you will be the victim or someone you care about.

Can’t they just get a loan from the city council? Then they would not have to allegedly counterfeit money.
