Former FDLE Agent Found Guilty Of Abusing Young Boys

July 1, 2018

A former Florida Department of Law Enforcement supervisor was found guilty Saturday of the child sex abuse charges against him.

Charles McMullen was charged with one count of sexual battery of a child under 12, seven counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child under 12 and one count of promoting the sexual performance of a child. He will be sentenced at a later date.

McMullen was first arrested in November 2016 after an 8-year boy told investigators that McMullen had been touching him inappropriately on a frequent basis, followed by another 8-year old boy that made similar allegations and also claimed he was forced to touch McMullen.

Two additional victims came forward after seeing McMullen in the news.

McMullen investigated similar cases during his five year employment with the FDLE. He previously worked as Chief of the Cybercrimes Unit for then-Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and for the Escambia County (AL) Sheriff’s Office.

If you were able to see were people like this go wrong, you would be able to trace it back to pornography 99% of the time. I believe it is time that America should deal with these criminals with a heavy hand. The sexual battery charge alone should be cause enough for death…..but eventually this man will face God, and nothing you can do to him is worse in this life can compare!!!

Nancy : Tend to agree with you……but I still don’t understand how
they infiltrate as Coaches, in Churches, in positions of power
etc, and gain acceptance and control and then have the Gaul
to do harm to whoever they want. Don’t know what happened
with them “back in the day”……..but they seemed to just Disappear ,
    Never to be seen again.

I am glad that justice was served and may his victims now start to heal. Glad to see that his famous last words came back to haunt him. Hope the judge locks him up and throws away the key. But with that being said I do feel sorry for his own kids cause now they are without a father due to him being a,sick minded pervert. Makes you wonder out of the 30 foster kids he had in his house how many were violated though.

This is a joyous day for the children (victims) and I pray they can start healing. It is a sad day for Law Enforcement not only because one of their own crossed the line, broke the oath, and truthfully disgraced All Fellow LEO. I am glad justice will be served and am truely ashamed of his behavior and acts. Please remember that not every LEO is a monster, there are SO many that are dedicated and place their lives on the line every day working hard edto save your children from these monsters

Thank You to All the Dedicated, Honest LEO’s
