They striped Dawson Rd also. Does this mean they will patch the pavement where it meets Hwy 29?? It’s comical since the road is barely wide enough for two cars to safely pass, especially when y’all set your garbage out on the pavement. They even left a gap for Findley Rd. although it hasn’t had a street sign for years. It’s worth a giggle anyway….

I noticed this morning how much brighter the lines were and how it will help at night and during the rain. So, yes, thank you for the little things!!!!

This road is a highly traveled road, especially when the 4 area schools are open, not to mention, cotton truck season is right around the corner. West Hwy.4 is the main road from Century to Atmore, it’s the HEARTBEAT of this area and is in poor condition, has been for the last couple years and terrible to travel and their solution is to slap some paint on it hoping that will passify us little country folks, while they continue to spend our tax dollars in the southern part of Escambia County, Florida. This mindset and lack of concern for the northend residents really makes me upset.

NO MORE POT HOLE REPAIRS….we need and deserve our road be REPAVED ASAP PLEASE!

    LOL
Look at SR 95 Highway 29 pot holes in Century,South Bound..don’t fall in..or bite your tongue riding over the spot by the post office–plus some of the vibrating strips were replaced but not on state line road coming into by the over pass..

    why not?

    Pave first– paint later

If hwy 4 was in Pensacola they would pave the highway before they strip it
