Hot And Humid Sunday With A Chance Of Severe Storms

The National Weather Service says there some storms today may be severe; the biggest threat is localized damaging winds with gusts of 60 mph with small hail.

Sunday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 94. Light west wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Sunday Night: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 64. West wind around 5 mph becoming north after midnight.
Monday: Sunny, with a high near 90. North wind 5 to 10 mph.
Monday Night: Clear, with a low around 61. Northwest wind around 5 mph.
Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 90. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph.
Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 69. Calm wind.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 93.
