Let’s get a volunteer group together to sit and wait for them to show? Then maybe they could get a little education from the men of the neighborhood?

I have tried to give video evidence of vandalism at Ashton Brosnaham park to the police multiple times, but they refuse to accept it or do anything about it. I have even given them the addresses of the individuals who are doing it, but the same thing is always said…”If we don’t catch them in the act, then there is nothing we can do about it.”

even with the gate locked, you can still get in. There is an old 4-wheeler trail off of well-line that can be accessed. it goes through the woods and straight into the ballpark. That is probably how these folks are getting in.

The entrance off well line doesn’t even have a light on pole. Seems with
the low cost LED’s Gulf Powercould install one. Then a controlled and
secure entrance ( fence & gate ) would really help. Then a volunteer group
could cruise in & check the facility out a few times daily. Is anyone in charge ?
    What a shame .

It doesn’t take a whole lot of police work to know it’s the guys running up and down well line Rd all the time. Maybe hard to prove but we all in this area know who did it!

I need to echo “Just Saying”. There needs to be some structure at that park. If you don’t lock the gate, expect damage. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out. Start charging the board when things are messed up and watch the changes.

There is at least one police car I see parked at a home in the Village.

I would like to see some deputies move in to Harvsters village. Then, maybe we could rest a little around here. ATVs, stabbings, shootings. It gets old!

can’t say for sure, but it might be the same four wheeler that tear up the gulf power easement in the village, same type of damage , if its not them , they’re know who it is , “birds of a feather”.. they run the power lines usually starting at dark-30, and on weekend till about midnite. it gets old.

This is so sad. Yes, it is off the road and can’t be seen from the road or any where. We didn’t have that problem when it was in the village. It was surrounded by the residents there that could see what was going. We were bothered with mosquitoes when we went to a game.

Boy the hits just keep on coming for this ballpark.

Here is a crazy idea…LOCK the gate every day! Everytime I drive past there, no matter the day or time, its standing wide open?! It’s a great place for punks to hang out, it’s way off the road where no one can see them tearing up public property.

Why doesn’t the complex simply purchase a $500 camera system out there? These things may stop at this ballpark. Its $500 for 8 cameras. Come on folks.
