Jimmie William Weaver

February 1, 2018

Whether you knew him by his signature overalls, his string that kept his overall gallaces up to keep him from looking “trashy”, his green and yellow John Deere cap, riding on his lawn mower listening to his “tunes” in his headphones, driving over to the pharmacy to make sure the girls got to their cars safely at closing time, sleeping in the chair with the cat he deemed “Ruddrick”, Son, Brother, Daddy, Clem, Alligator, Jim Jim, Uncle Jimmie or simply his classic “Snazzy” … if you knew Jimmie Weaver, you most assuredly knew you had a friend.

Jimmie William Weaver, at the age of 61 was given sweet grace and mercy when the Lord welcomed him into heaven, January 30, 2018, to be reunited with his wife Debbie whom he missed with his whole heart one day shy of one year that she was welcomed into heaven. Along with Debbie to welcome him was his father, W.A. Weaver and many other relatives and friends.

Born March 13, 1956, Jimmie spent his entire life in Molino and in the outdoors. Whether driving a tractor planting crops, combine, harvesting those crops, log trucks making another load, riding across the field in the gator, or making rows back and forth on the lawn mower, if it was outdoors, it was Jimmie.
Jimmie accepted the Lord and was baptized on January 9, 1990 at Highland Baptist Church. Jimmie’s realization that he needed the Lord was evident in his testimony.
Those here to cherish his sweet memory are his children, Ashley (Michael) Rhodes, Wesley McAnally, his mother, June Weaver, brother Archie (Cheryl) Weaver, sister Bobbie Crichton, grandchildren Brystal and Brodie Rhodes, Ethan and Delaney McAnally, father and mother-in-law, Edward and Minnie Webb, brother and sister-in-law David (Judy) Webb, Donna (Tony) Garrison and their families, nieces and nephews that were the highlights of his everyday life, Carla Garcia and Eric Crichton, Meridith (Marshall) Caum, Lydia and Haylee Weaver, great nephew and nieces, Cole Crichton, Carmen Garcia, and his “little snazzy”, Caroline Caum, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends, as Jimmie never met a stranger.
There were so many that had a special place in Jimmie’s life that will be serving as pallbearers today. They are: Marshall Caum, Eric Crichton, Jim Denham, Chuck Hendrix, Rusty Hendrix, Robert Kennedy, Wesley McAnally, Michael Patrick, Ron Scott, Randy Weaver, Shannon Weaver, David Webb, Josh Webb, and Dewayne Williams.
There are people that come into our lives at unexpected times in unexpected places. It’s at these times that you most vividly experience the Hand of God. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the West Florida ER doctors and nurses as well as the doctors and nurses of CCU. You took a most difficult time and cared for Jimmie as well as our family as if we were your family. May God richly bless you for your compassion.
Jimmie’s homegoing services will be held at Highland Baptist Church with Visitation on Thursday, from 5:00 — 8 p.m. and the funeral on Friday, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Brian Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Jimmie’s memory to Highland Baptist Church.
