>>>William can you post a link to the county website that you are referring to. I sure would appreciate it as use that bridge to get to work.
Go to myescambia.com and choose “road issues map’ under the Residents/Roads & Bridges dropdown

Any one know if this road is back open?
Do you know how difficult it is for those who work across the state line with Construction shutting down the main corridor and now this that leaves I-10 or 90 as the only way around?
Does the river below need clearing – is something causing this road to flood more than usual?
Maybe the Corps of engineers needs to look into this, like little Escambia did years back before it becomes a Major problem.
Just saying!
Who has over sight with it being on the states line AL or FL?
Close Barrineau until 112 is finished, route all detour traffic to I-10 and let those trucks wear out roads maintained by federal dollars, as opposed to destroying our local roads, supported by state and county funds.
The traffic and speeds on Jack’s Branch and Barrineau Park Road has become dangerous and ridiculous.
WHY DOES DOT NOT PATROL THESE DETOUR ROADS?
Ahh……some relief from all the traffic .
