Sacred Heart To Build New $7 Million Medical Park On Nine Mile
January 30, 2018
Sacred Heart will soon begin construction of a new 28,000 square-foot outpatient medical park next to Publix on Nine Mile Road at Pine Forest Road.
The $7 million outpatient facility will include at three physicians and a nurse practitioner, physician specialists including cardiologists and OB/GYNs, outpatient rehabilitation, a medical lab and diagnostic services such as mammography, CT, X-ray, MRI and ultrasound.
The new facility is slated to open in December of this year.
“As the Milestone area grows, so does the community’s need for specialized medical care. Sacred Heart is committed to meeting that need,” said Susan Davis, president and CEO of Sacred Heart Health System. “Our promise to provide personalized, compassionate care begins in our physician offices. By bringing healthcare closer to where people live and work, we can provide services that are more timely, which ultimately leads to better outcomes and quality of life for our patients.”

Build 1 to 2 feet above ground level – the old building FLOODS!
This is so exciting. I just wish we could have a grocery store in Beulah.
With the boom of navy federal, this move by SHH is common sense! All of you c/o the traffic, uh, that’s been a problem for quite sometime.
I, for one, am tired of driving across town for blood work/X-rays, etc.
Did you know if you keep all of your services under the same roof, it’s easier for your one Primary Care Dr to access everything without having to jump through hoops?
I noticed that they are going to have on/gyns here. I wonder if that means they will also have maternity?
9 mile road is under construction right now to be 4 lanes. From Beulah to Hwy 29 overpass. Sacred Heart facility being there is such a good idea for the population out that way. The elderly that live in that area no longer have to go to the city to get labs or radiology done, also there will be doctors? That’s an awesome addition.
This facility will be a welcome addition to this area.
There is a lot of land on nine mile road just setting there, what is the reasoning for pushing so many buildings together and makeing so much confusion when other places would be easy access, let people breathe don’t cause more accidents than there are already. Maybe the person who owns this land knows somone in high places.
Who OKed this traffic nightmare? With the new exit vetoed in the last few days, this needs to be put off until they get the traffic situation figured out. Pray for me, do not prey on me, thanks. This county needs to learn to install roads first.
Another business that mean more traffic and the pine forest and nine mile rd has been a traffic jam for many years and are they going to wait 15 years before they fix it ?
